Brierley Pond Annual Open Day, June 1st 2013
Brierley Pond Community Project annual open day June 1st 2013, 9.30am - 4pm, Brierley Forest Park, Huthwaite, Notts.
Activities willl include, Fishing tuition from qualified angling coaches, Groundbait mixing demo's, Surestart will be doing some pond dipping/insect foraging for the younger ones, bird feeder making.
There will also be a Raffle, Tom Bola, and refreshments available
Each child that takes part in some fishing tuition with one of our angling coaches will receive a raffle ticket and be enetered into the prize draw for a chance to win one of 30 fishing starter kits, kindly donated by the EA
If any person has any ideas, donations or interest in having a stall please reply below

I think we should put names down raather than give raffle tickets out mate as last year some lads had a few tickets and won more than one set

brilliant idea for kids taster sessions
we could expand on that and let kids register name first and give them a numbered ticket and then they give there numbered ticket to person giving them taster session that way they will all be able to que for them and we shall know exactly how many have been over to taster session

Good, good, keep them coming, the more input we get at these earlier stages, the more time we have to decide how we proceed.
